The 32nd annual Dragon Ball, the signature fundraising gala of Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation live-streamed on February 13, 2021, was a tremendous success. An incredible amount of over $700,000 was raised in support of senior care at four Yee Hong centres and the construction of three new long-term care homes.
Due to the safety concerns surrounding COVID-19, Yee Hong moved this year’s Dragon Ball online, hosting a virtual gala through multiple platforms. Over 13,000 views were recorded on Facebook and YouTube.
